SSAFA 5K (RACE 1) May 22nd 2024

A small cohort of BAC runners travelled east along the M4 (A48?) to Blackweir in Cardiff to run the first of the 3 fast 5K’s that comprise the summer SSAFA series.

In decent running conditions there were good runs for all concerned (possibly.. :-))
