Rowan shines at Welsh Indoor Champs

Rowan Carson - our flying u13 - continues to smash records - this time at the Welsh Indoor Championships held recently at NIAC.

Rowan’s efforts in the 1500 and 800 time trial (where he he ran a Championship best of 2:14:59) were exceptional - and rather than repeat what has already been written by Welsh Athletics - we’d encourage you to read their report on the days events (they also mention Lewis Durston’s excellent 3rd place in the U15 3k.)
