2023 Welsh athletics Combined events
The 6th of November took our junior Combined Events athletes to NIAC for the Indoor Combined Events competition. We fielded a strong number of athletes and a fantastic day was had by all.
Our coaches comments about the day included-
“
Well done to each and everyone of you who competed today .
Extremely proud of all of you, the attitude and togetherness I witnessed today from you all was absolutely fantastic .
I am proud of each member individually but also as a group. You were supportive, competitive, gracious and most importantly happy.
That arena can become a lonely place when things ain’t quite going your way and to have the support and togetherness you all showed can go an awful long way.
You should all be extremely proud of yourselves not just for your performances but the way you all presented yourselves throughout the day is something Gerwyn, Mike and Chris will hold in high regard.
You can all relax and take the rest of the day off.
